Evie and Jacob turned the ripe age of two. And to celebrate the occasion, their parents decided to throw a big birthday bash with a ton of kids and parents at Busybodies in Oakville. Randy and I were there to capture the moments. Upon arrival at the party, little miss Evelynne realized that her handsome bro was missing his cool sunglasses. This was of great concern to the fashion conscious toddler. Evie does not have the word yet for glasses and neither does Jacob, but the pointing and Mama's began as Jacob decided that his sister was right: He was not cool enough to make his grand entrance at the birthday bash! So, Evie suggested that Mom hand hers over to Jacob. 
Not only were Evie and Jacob rock stars. The other star at this party was the new Canon 85 mm 1.2 L lens. This lens has the ability to separate subject matter from everything else due to it's shallow depth of field. This is the lens used by photographers who do a lot of work for celebrities and famous people. My new favorite lens(well, except for the heafty price tag)!!
Evie was quite pleased with her brother's instant coolness. Now they could enter the party in style!! But wait......now what are we gonna do about Mom's lack of shades!!?? Ah, the life of a rock star!!
