A handsome man was sent by this great country to serve with the US marines in Japan. While he was there he fell madly in love with a sweet Japanese beauty. They married and had two gorgeous daughters, Anita and Jane. Fast forward a few decades, and another good looking American gets sent to Japan with the US navy.......but he only dreams of his future soul mate while he is there. Back at home in the US(and out of the navy), Shaun finds himself entertaining clients in a Columbus bar and there she was, his Japanese beauty! Jane was working for a beverage company handing out free samples, which Shaun eagerly tried to purchase from her(likely not the first guy to try to buy from this girl...she is HOT in her Miller girl outfit!) She was hesitant at first, but Shaun's awesome character won her heart. Now she radiates with admiration and love for this fine gentleman. We were so honored to be a part of their labor day wedding at The Vault. Jane wore a "US Navy" garter to honor her new groom as well as her dad, and the shoes were killer! Her hairdresser Sara Debolt is truly talented, as is her make up artist Danielle Shortt! Jane and her family put together the flowers themselves, from The Flowerman. All the girls wore cool jewelry that they had picked out at Blackberry Patch Antiques. The cater PC Events Catering,Inc. put on an amazing spread and the swordfish was to die for! The cake by Golden Delight Bakery was decorated with real roses and tasted so light and delicious! It was Randy's birthday and Jane gave him the cake top to celebrate! (Jane, we stood at the kitchen island that night talking about all the highlights of the night and the two of us ate most of that thing!!) Great dance music was supplied by Billy's Playhouse , and the officiant/DJ ROXY Services ; and a ton of fun props appeared and the guests had a blast. Thank you Jane and Shaun for giving us the privilege of documenting your special day. It was a pleasure to witness two who love each other so much. We are so happy that you have each other! May the years ahead of you be bright and blissful!!
