Tracy & Rick | Columbus Wedding Photographer

Micro managers are perfect wedding planners!!  Rick and Tracy did such a great job of planning their wedding day by themselves.....and usually that is not the case!!  Our final consultation was impressive as they took notes and divided final responsibilities.  The wedding day was wonderful in every way because of all that preparation......but no one can plan for your father to be so sick with the flu that he cannot walk you down the aisle on your wedding day.  Dear Tracy held up as best as she could under the circumstances,  and we were so glad that they had decided to do the First Look so that she could have Rick by her side to comfort her earlier in the day.  Once the wedding party was together we jumped on a party bus and drove around Columbus getting fun shots in a few cool spots despite the blazing heat.  They returned to the Westin Hotel for a lovely ceremony and beautiful reception in the grand ballroom.  I would highly recommend this spot for a fabulous ceremony and reception. We loved all details in this hotel,  and the staff was wonderful! The bride and groom were so happy!
This was one of Tracy's favorites of her nephew wondering what I was doing!

Rick had a saying"Soon" because she was waiting a while for him to propose, and when he did finally propose he filled the house with the word soon. On the wedding day this necklace was delivered to Tracy!

After their First Look, Tracy & Rick met up with the entire wedding party and walked over to a nearby carousel for a few fun pics.  They met at Red,White and Boom so they had to pose in front of the banner!!

It was one of MANY hot Saturdays in Columbus, and we were all thankful for the air conditioning in the party bus that drove us and the bridal party around town for photos!

Rick had ONE photo that he absolutely needed to have: Reservoir Dogs. Each guy is going to end up with a poster size of this for his garage!

Yep, the ring bearer threw his pillow at me....twice!  But he had bad aim! The guests were entertained!

I loved this painting in the hallway of the Westin! What a great ballroom!

Thank You Rick and Tracy!  May your marriage be blessed and full of Italian style family love and devotion!!  It was an honor to capture your day for you,  and a pleasure to get to know you both!!
