We were in love with Bethany & DJ the moment we met them and we were so excited to share in their precious wedding day. This gal has been in 18 weddings, and it sure was her turn to shine! And she was breathtaking! They chose to do the First Look at the grounds of the State House Lawn and DJ surprised us all by writing out a poem and getting down on one knee to read it to Bethany! Tears of joy and love were spilling everywhere! They had planned on having a rooftop ceremony by the pool at The Renaissance Downtown; but the weather was threatening so a decision was made to do the ceremony in a ballroom instead. It ended up being so sunny and hot; and I am sure that the air conditioned ballroom was a welcome reprieve for all. During the lovely reception, they danced to the song "Lucky" because they feel so lucky to have each other and everyone agrees. They waited a long time to find each other; but this love was so worth waiting for! It was a perfect day in every way! A gorgeous setting, a hilarious & entertaining officiant, a super disc jockey, delicious food, and tons of fun guests. The studio corner backdrop photo booth that we set up was a huge hit, and even a short interruption in electricity due to a thunder storm did not dampen the excitement at this awesome event!
